At Casa del Ser, meals are designed as rituals of presence — a time to connect, reflect, and savor the gifts of the land and sea. Each dish is prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and crafted to nourish body, mind, and spirit.

Morning Awakening

A gentle start to each day, designed to energize the body and ground the spirit. Fresh, local ingredients and Costa Rican tradition meet mindful simplicity

• Tropical Fruit & Yogurt Bowl

Fresh mango, papaya, pineapple, and banana served with house-made coconut yogurt, toasted granola, and a drizzle of wild honey. 

• Gallo Pinto Revive

 Traditional Costa Rican rice and beans with eggs your way, ripe plantains, and chimichurri greens. 

• Avocado & Garden Herb Toast

 Sourdough with smashed avocado, lime, sea salt, and microgreens 

• Chia Cacao Parfait

 Layers of chia pudding, raw cacao nibs, and tropical compote — a grounding and energizing morning ritual. 


Evening Gathering

Each night, guests gather for a slow, candlelit dinner that celebrates balance, conversation, and nourishment drawn from the land and sea.

• Fire-Grilled Mahi-Mahi

 With coconut-lime rice, sautéed garden greens, and tamarind glaze. 

• Land & Root Vegetable Curry

 Roasted seasonal vegetables in a coconut-ginger broth, served with turmeric rice and flatbread. 

• Tamarind Chicken with Spiced Plantains

 Free-range chicken marinated in tamarind and herbs, roasted and served with sweet plantains and cassava mash. 

• Hibiscus & Citrus Salad

 Fresh greens, hibiscus petals, avocado, and roasted cashews with honey-lime vinaigrette. 

• Black Bean Stew

 Slow-simmered with roasted peppers, sweet corn, and cilantro, served with handmade tortillas.
